Dr. Anthony Albert is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with fellowship training in sports medicine, providing comprehensive care for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. His clinical focus includes hip, knee, and shoulder disorders, joint replacement and revision surgery, and sports-related injuries. With extensive academic training and hands-on experience, Dr. Albert is committed to delivering evidence-based orthopedic care tailored to each patient’s needs and functional goals.
Dr. Albert earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia and completed his internship and orthopedic surgery residency at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. His advanced training includes specialized rotations at Children’s Hospital Boston and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, followed by a sports medicine fellowship at New England Baptist Hospital in Boston. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is affiliated with HCA Florida Northside Hospital and HCA Florida St. Petersburg Hospital, where he provides surgical and inpatient orthopedic care.
